HB wealth seeks an Associate Wealth Advisor
. In this role you will play a key role in supporting our clients and advisory team through comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services. You’ll assist Lead and Secondary Advisors in preparing and delivering financial plans, conducting investment analyses, and developing tailored recommendations.
You’ll actively participate in client meetings, manage follow-up actions, and ensure every client receives exceptional service. In addition to client work, you’ll collaborate closely with team members to review and manage projects, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness. You’ll also help coach and mentor junior staff, sharing best practices in financial planning and firm processes.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences.
Job Responsibilities General Support- Assist with financial planning, investment analysis, and other decisions affecting client relationships, consulting with Lead/Secondary Advisors and Wealth Strategists as needed.
- Review and provide guidance on the work of junior team members to support skill development.
- Support Senior Wealth Advisors by executing or stepping in on client service tasks.
- Maintain accurate client data and prioritize activities within internal systems.
- Train, coach, and mentor Advisory Associates and Senior Advisory Associates.
- Contribute to team initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and control through system training and process enhancements.
- Coordinate client relationship activities, supervising and collaborating with Advisory Associates, Senior Advisory Associates and Operations teammates.
- Prepare and update financial plans, ensuring client information is accurate and complete in the firm’s systems.
- Attend internal strategic planning meetings, providing assistance as needed.
- Participate in client meetings, delivering presentations and preparing materials.
- Create custom worksheets and analyses to address client questions or research planning topics.
- Work with the client onboarding coordinator to ensure smooth client transitions.
- Serve as the client’s “financial quarterback,” advising on investments, retirement, cash flow, taxes, debt, charitable giving, education planning, insurance, and estate planning.
- Collaborate, on a limited basis, with clients’ external advisors, including accountants and attorneys, to achieve client goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- 4-7 years of relevant industry experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting client relationships
- Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with financial planning, CRM, and Portfolio reporting software
