Curran Recruiting is actively working with a highly acquisitive, PE-backed software company looking for their next Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. The role will start out remote but will ultimately open up in an office in the Metro Atlanta area, requiring this person to be local.
Job Overview:- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and long-range planning.
- Partner with the CFO and executive leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Develop clear financial reporting and insights for leadership, the Board, and key stakeholders.
- Partner across the business to evaluate performance, investments, resource allocation, and growth opportunities.
- Lead and develop the FP&A team while improving processes, reporting, and overall financial visibility.
Education:
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience
- Experience working with a global company
- FP&A leadership within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics, including ARR, NRR, LTV/CAC, and GM
- Proven ability to lead and build out a team
