The Servicing Specialist III will take a lead role in the department, focusing on managing complex maintenance transactions related to loan and lease customer files. Responsibilities include executing intricate servicing tasks, generating reports, and playing a key role in training other specialists. The specialist will leverage expertise to ensure accuracy in transactions, contribute to process improvement, and actively participate in the development of the team through training initiatives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage complex maintenance transactions on loan and lease customer files.
Execute intricate servicing tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Generate reports to track and analyze key data related to servicing activities.
Taking a lead role in training other specialists within the department.
Provide expertise and guidance to ensure compliance with established procedures.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of departmental procedures.
Stay informed about regulations and best practices relevant to servicing tasks.
Handle escalated issues and inquiries, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
Participate in cross-functional collaboration to achieve overall departmental objectives.
This position involves regular access to specified personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.

Qualifications and Competencies ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in a lending and/or captive finance industry operational environment such as Account Services (Back End Operations), Funding, Customer Service, and Collections.
Education – Requirements and/or CertificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent
Skills required:Efficiently identifies and solves problems while providing excellent customer service and assistance.
Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills, balances team and individual responsibilities, and actively participates in meetings.
Exhibits professionalism and ethical behavior, treating everyone with respect and upholding organizational values.

Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities:
Atlanta, GA
