Summary:

Seeking a Tax Manager to provide tax compliance and advisory services for pass-through entities and partnerships, primarily within the Asset Management sector.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client portfolios, acting as the main contact and building strong relationships
• Oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring quality, risk management, and financial performance including billing and budgets
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams of tax professionals and assistants
• Deliver high-quality tax advice and ensure compliance with regulations
• Contribute to market and business development activities

• At least five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or other approved credential; if not initially held, must obtain within one year of employment
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information effectively
