Treasury Specialist

Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to be recruiting a Treasury Specialist for a leading global law firm committed to excellence and innovation in legal services. In this role, you'll support the firm’s treasury operations by managing daily cash positioning, payment processing, banking administration, escrow transactions, and financial reporting activities.

• Salary between $70,000 and $100,000, based on experience.

• Initiate ACH and wire payments using multiple banking platforms, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
• Monitor bank account balances daily to ensure sufficient funds for disbursements and operations.
• Review bank activity for unusual, erroneous, or potentially fraudulent transactions and escalates issues appropriately.
• Maintain accurate documentation for treasury activities, including payments, banking changes, and fraud resolution.
• Process escrow transactions in accordance with firm policies and client fund requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant treasury, banking, accounting, or finance operations experience.
• Experience working with online banking platforms is preferred.
• Strong understanding of treasury, banking, and accounting processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; macro experience is a bonus.
