Summary
Our Sr. Specialist handles complex contracting while serving as a subject matter expert for other licensing specialists. Responsible for maintaining carrier relationships, and workflow management. This role is expected to lead by example in both execution and communication, consistently delivering best-in-class service to internal and external partners.

Responsibilities include management of advanced licensing/contracting for advisors and sales consultants, mentoring team members, serve as an escalation point, resolve routine L&C service issues, ensure timely processing and follow-up of advisor contracts, support and communicate with advisors and internal sales professionals regarding new business requests or escalations

Primary Responsibilities
:

• Sub-IMO onboarding (block transfers)
• Provide regular feedback on policy/procedures and workflows
• Participate in carrier relationship calls
• Assist with intermediate training of new employees
• Handle escalated requests from ADC’s and/or agents
• Minimal coaching opportunities provided during audits

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of contracting and licensing experience with an IMO/BGA, or insurance company
• Experience with SureLC
• Strong computer skills, comfortable working in a paperless environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience with G Suite and Salesforce preferred, not required
