LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to hire a Jr. Financial Operations Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia, for a hybrid work environment. This Jr. Financial Operations Analyst is a Direct Hire opportunity for an early-career professional with 1–2 years of corporate experience who is looking to continue developing their financial planning, analysis, and reporting skills. In this role, the Jr. Financial Operations Analyst will support operational finance initiatives and reporting needs within a manufacturing environment, including the chemical side of the business.

Our client is looking to fill this position quickly following two recent resignations and is seeking someone who can get up to speed quickly and work independently with limited guidance.

• Support day-to-day financial planning, forecasting, and analysis related to operations, including the chemical side of the business
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring financial reports and analyses to support business decisions
• Assist with ad hoc reporting requests, analyze financial data, and summarize findings for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, and finance teams to support reporting needs and business objectives

• 1–2 years of professional, post-graduate experience in a corporate environment (internship-only experience will not meet requirements)
• Preferred experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or operational finance
• Strong reporting and Excel skills
• Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, or commercial finance is a plus
• CPG experience and/or exposure to a manufacturing or operational environment is a strong plus

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $85-90K
