Business Financial Advisor

We’re looking for an accomplished Vice President, Wealth Advisor to join our fee-only Registered Investment Adviser (RIA).

This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial opportunity for a CFP® professional who knows how to prospect, build a network, develop relationships, and turn opportunities into new business. The ideal candidate is a true hunter—someone who creates opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come their way.

While there may be opportunities to receive marketing or firm-generated leads, those are not the primary focus of this role. We’re looking for someone who can self-source business through their professional network, community involvement, centers of influence, and ability to build relationships from the ground up. An existing book of business is not required for this role—we’re more looking for someone with the DNA of a hunter.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Business, or a related field
• Proven track record of successful business development and client acquisition
• Demonstrated ability to independently source and close new business
• Strong existing professional and community network
• Experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related advisory environment
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
