- Assist in store duties as a team.
- Attend all LYLAS HAIR Salon meetings and events.
- Have proficiency with latest salon techniques.
- Adhere to the salon dress code.
- Be prepared at all times and have salon tools needed to deliver exceptional service.
- A competitive commission or rental plan.
- No back bar fees.
- Unlimited growth/earning potential.
- Cosmetology license.
- Dependable hair stylist with technical knowledge and experience in the Hair Salon Industry.
- Positive attitude and excellent client interaction skills.
- Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.
- Comfortable and confident with networking and actively reaching out to prospective customers to build a client base.
- Professional work ethics and relationship building skills for long-term success.
