We’re looking for newly licensed and experienced Estheticians who are ready to step out from the treatment room, own their growth, and build a loyal following.

• Spend time in the lobby connecting with guests before and after services
• Introduce themselves, educate, and build trust in real time
• Confidently recommend services, enhancements, and products
• Take ownership of rebooking and growing their personal book of business
• Build a name for themselves inside the retreat

• 6–8 hour shifts
• At least 1 weekend shift required
• Day and evening shifts available

• Customize facial services based on each guest’s needs
• Perform advanced enhancements (Microdermabrasion, High Frequency, LED, Peels, Aromatherapy)
• Actively engage guests in the lobby to build rapport and trust
• Educate guests on long-term skincare and treatment plans
• Recommend and sell retail products with confidence
• Drive rebooking and retention through genuine relationship-building

• Active state esthetics license
• Liability insurance
• Ability to perform 50-minute & 90-minute hands‑on facial services
• Strong communication and people skills
• A team‑first mindset
• Confidence in promoting yourself and your services
