The Medical Aesthetician (Laser Certified) – Experienced role is a full-time, on‑site position based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for providing advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal and other laser procedures, microneedling, and comprehensive skin care services in accordance with established protocols. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to assess skin concerns, recommending personalized treatment plans, performing services safely and effectively, and documenting treatments and outcomes accurately.

The Medical Aesthetician collaborates with medical and spa team members to ensure high-quality, integrative aesthetic care while maintaining strict hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards. This role also involves delivering exceptional customer service, educating clients on pre- and post‑care instructions, and supporting overall spa operations as needed.

• Demonstrated proficiency in laser-based treatments, including Laser Hair Removal, with appropriate laser certifications.
• Experience with Hair Removal services and related aesthetic procedures in a spa or medical aesthetic setting.
• Hands‑on experience with Microneedling and other advanced skin rejuvenation techniques.
• Understanding of basic Medicine and skin physiology applicable to medical aesthetics, with the ability to follow clinical protocols.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, communicate clearl y, and create a welcoming, professional client experience.
• Relevant licensure as an aesthetician or medical aesthetician in the state of Georgia, with compliance to all regulatory requirements.
• Previous experience in a medi‑spa, dermatology, or cosmetic medical environment is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site full time, maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members.
