Full-Time | Buckhead, Atlanta, GA

A premier facial plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice in Buckhead is seeking an experienced, polished, and patient-focused Licensed Esthetician / Medical Aesthetician to join our growing aesthetic team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skin health, laser aesthetics, medical-grade skincare, and delivering an elevated patient experience. We are especially interested in candidates with prior laser experience who are confident working with advanced aesthetic technology and interested in continuing to expand their clinical expertise.

A current Georgia laser license is required for this position.

Our practice offers a sophisticated, high-touch environment where aesthetics and facial plastic surgery work closely together. The right candidate will be warm, professional, highly organized, and comfortable building meaningful relationships with patients both in person and over the phone.

We operate with a collaborative, team-oriented approach. While aesthetic treatments and skincare will be the primary focus of this position, every member of our team contributes to creating a seamless experience for both surgical and nonsurgical patients.

Responsibilities

Perform a range of aesthetic and skin treatments based on training, licensure, and experience, including:

  • IPL / photofacial treatments
  • Laser hair removal
  • Hydra Facial
  • Microneedling with Skin Pen
  • Chemical peels
  • PRP facial treatments
  • Perform laser treatments using advanced platforms, including Nordlys and Candela technologies
  • Conduct comprehensive skincare consultations and develop personalized treatment and skincare recommendations based on each patient's concerns, goals, and skin type
  • Educate patients on treatment options, treatment series, expected recovery, maintenance, and medical-grade skincare
  • Build long‑term patient relationships and help develop a loyal aesthetic client base
  • Thoughtfully recommend complementary treatments and skincare products when appropriate
  • Provide exceptional pre‑ and post‑treatment communication and serve as a knowledgeable resource for patient questions
  • Respond to new patient inquiries by phone, text, and other practice communication channels with a polished, professional, and welcoming approach
  • Clearly explain services, answer questions, follow up with prospective patients, and assist with converting inquiries into scheduled appointments
  • Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, equipment, and skincare inventory
  • Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, organized, clean, and ready for each patient
  • Assist with patient flow, procedure preparation, room turnover, and general clinical support as needed
  • Work closely with the surgical, clinical, and administrative teams to maintain a seamless patient experience
  • Manage appointments efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail and staying on schedule
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who understands that an exceptional aesthetic experience extends beyond the treatment room.

The ideal candidate is polished, articulate, warm, confident, and highly professional. They should feel equally comfortable performing a treatment, educating a patient on skincare, and speaking with a new prospective patient over the phone.

Strong candidates will demonstrate:
  • A warm, personable, and polished presence
  • Confidence discussing treatments, treatment plans, and skincare recommendations
  • Strong knowledge of skincare, laser aesthetics, and professional treatments
  • An ability to build trust and long‑term relationships with patients
