This Part-time, on-site role is based in Atlanta, GA and combines responsibilities as a Laser Practitioner and Licensed Esthetician specializing in Aerolase treatments and acne care. The role includes performing laser services with Aerolase technology, providing customized acne treatment plans, and delivering a range of professional skincare services such as facials, peels, and related therapies. Daily tasks involve conducting client consultations, assessing skin concerns, developing and documenting treatment protocols, and maintaining detailed treatment records.
The practitioner will follow strict safety and sanitation standards, educate clients on home-care routines and product usage, and support high-quality client experiences from check-in to follow-up. The role also includes collaborating with the team on treatment planning, staying current on skincare and laser best practices, and participating in occasional training, events, or promotional activities.
Part-time, 12 to 20 hours per week. Flexible shifts across weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings. Shift options vary by day and are consistent once set.
Pay$17/hr during onboarding, $22/hr after skills sign-off, plus 5% to 20% tiered commission on monthly service revenue. Experienced practitioners can test out of onboarding in as few as 2 to 4 weeks.
Qualifications- Licensed Esthetician in the state of Georgia, with strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, Fitzpatrick IV-VI, and professional treatments.
- Licensed Cosmetics Laser Practitioner in the state of Georgia
- 2 years experience or formal training in laser skincare procedures, ideally including Aerolase devices or similar laser technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in acne assessment and treatment, including customized protocols and client education for ongoing care.
- Confidence working with, making recommendations for, and treating Fitzpatrick IV to VI
- Commitment to strict safety, sanitation, and infection-control standards in a treatment room or clinic environment.
- Strong client communication skills, including the ability to explain procedures, set realistic expectations, and build trust.
- Ability to maintain organized, accurate documentation and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
- Comfort working in an on-site, hands-on role with a focus on service excellence and professional appearance.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, product and device training, and emerging skincare techniques.
- Previous experience in a spa, dermatology office, or medical aesthetics setting is beneficial.
