Rad Tech Supervisor - Operating Room
We are seeking a dedicated Rad Tech Supervisor to lead and support our radiologic technology team in the operating room. This role offers an opportunity for an experienced professional or a motivated candidate willing to train into the OR. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a surgical setting.
Scheduleand Responsibilities
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Supervise and provide guidance to radiologic technologists in the OR
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, imaging standards, and hospital policies
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to optimize imaging quality and workflow
- Assist with diagnostic and fluoroscopic procedures during surgical interventions
- Graduate from an accredited program in radiologic technology
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients, visitors, physicians, and colleagues
- Certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Previous leadership experience in radiologic technology
- Prior experience in diagnostic radiology
- Experience in operating room procedures
