• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment options.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Utilize performance metrics to track and improve personal success.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in all procedures.

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Georgia.
• Experience in administering respiratory therapy treatments.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations in respiratory care.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and interns effectively.
• Experience in developing respiratory care protocols.
