- Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment options.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Utilize performance metrics to track and improve personal success.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in all procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Assist in the development of respiratory care protocols and best practices.
- Provide support and mentorship to junior staff and interns.
- Engage in community outreach to promote respiratory health awareness.
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Georgia.
- Experience in administering respiratory therapy treatments.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of safety and health regulations in respiratory care.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ability to mentor junior staff and interns effectively.
- Experience in developing respiratory care protocols.
- Willingness to engage in community outreach for respiratory health.
