Call: Weekends & holidays required (No block scheduling)
Pay Package: $1,500 – $1,700/week (Negotiable; flexible for strong candidates)

About The OpportunityTOPTAL CARE Inc is actively seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a nationally recognized Level I Trauma Center in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for a highly skilled CST with prior travel experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment. The position offers guaranteed hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work alongside top surgical teams in one of the busiest trauma centers in the region.
Responsibilities- Prepare operating rooms by ensuring proper setup, sterile instruments, and surgical supplies.
- Scrub and assist surgeons during complex procedures, maintaining strict sterile technique.
- Anticipate surgeon needs and provide instruments, supplies, and equipment efficiently.
- Support trauma and emergency surgical cases in a high-volume Level I trauma setting.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, and anesthesia teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- CST Certification (Required)
- Active BLS Certification
- Previous Travel Experience (Required)
- Level I Trauma Experience (Required)
- Demonstrated high performance on skills checklist
- Ability to take weekend and holiday call as scheduled
- Commitment to full 13-week contract duration
