Athletic Trainer - Outpatient Sports Medicine

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Athletic Trainer to join a busy outpatient orthopedic sports medicine practice.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with physicians, physical therapists, and patients recovering from sports-related and orthopedic injuries.

The position is ideal for someone passionate about injury prevention, rehabilitation, and helping active individuals return to peak performance.

• Assist physicians in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
• Provide patient education on injury prevention, recovery, and performance optimization.
• Support orthopedic and sports medicine procedures in the clinic setting.
• Apply and remove braces, splints, and other orthopedic devices.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and assist with clinic flow.
• Collaborate with physical therapy and rehab teams for coordinated patient care.

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Current BOC certification as an Athletic Trainer.
• Active or eligible Georgia state license (or Athletic Training registration).
• Previous experience in orthopedic or sports medicine settings preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
