Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – elevate the therapeutic experience for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at Above and Beyond Therapy. This full‑time position offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling with opportunities for professional growth.

Base rate: $25.00 per hour – $32.00 per hour. Final compensation will reflect your skills, experience, and certification level.

As an RBT you will provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in clients’ homes, implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA, collect and submit data, collaborate with peers and supervisors, and actively participate in staff meetings and training. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to meet client appointments.

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home

• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• Maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for client commutes
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
