Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate BCBA to support clinical leadership within one of their flagship ABA centers. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality clinical services, supervising RBTs/behavior technicians, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, and contributing to efficient day‑to‑day operations. The BCBA will play an essential role in maintaining exceptional standards of care and supporting ongoing program development and quality improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight for ABA programming, including assessments, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and parent training.
  • Supervise and support RBTs and behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to clinical best practices and BACB standards.
  • Ensure all treatment plans and documentation comply with regulatory, insurance, and organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with operational and administrative staff to support smooth daily workflows within the center.
  • Monitor caseload performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance client outcomes.
  • Participate in center‑wide initiatives to improve service delivery, staff development, and overall program quality.
  • Maintain consistent communication with families, caregivers, and internal team members to ensure coordinated, client‑centered care.
Qualifications
  • Open to all experience levels — from newly certified/early‑career BCBAs to highly experienced clinicians
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to client‑centered care
  • Willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow within a supportive clinical environment
  • Ability to maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and organizational policies
  • Comfort using clinical data to guide decisions and adjust programming
