Lead Salesforce Health Cloud

Required Experience

• 7+ years’ experience in full systems life cycle management and deployment experience in  Health cloud (preferred) or Service Cloud automation systems
• 4+ years of experience in the Healthcare (pharma/med device/ hospital or related) industry

• Experience in the support of computerized System Validation, part 11 compliance
• Experience with technology systems to support commercial patient services in the life sciences industry
• Strong understanding of HIPAA requirements (Data Security, Encryption, storage, handling, etc) and associated system impacts
• Thorough understanding of project management methodology and system development lifecycle principles, validation & qualification
