Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize radiation therapy treatments. Ensure compliance with safety standards, protocols, and quality assurance procedures. Conduct complex physics calculations, calibrations, and quality assessments. Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures and findings. Support the implementation of new treatment modalities and technologies.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in medical physics or radiation oncology. Master s Degree in Medical Physics or a related field. Current certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Radiology (A ). Proficiency with radiation treatment planning, dosimetry, and quality assurance procedures. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with advanced treatment techniques such as IMRT, VMAT, or stereotactic radiosurgery. Familiarity with treatment planning software and medical imaging modalities. Prior experience working in a high-volume clinical setting. Additional certifications related to medical physics or radiation safety. Preferred

Education and Experience:

Master s degree or higher in Medical Physics or a closely related field. At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in radiation oncology. Demonstrated A  certification or eligibility. Other Requirements:
Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Ability to work scheduled hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This position is for 13-week assignments, with potential for extension or permanent placement. No local candidates within 50 miles are considered for this role. Travel reimbursements, licensure, certification, and other related expenses are covered when applicable.
