About the Role

- Document, bill, and code services in compliance with facility policies.
- Gather resident information for assessments, including signs of disorders and cognitive status.
- Maintain knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and long‑term care guidelines.
- Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- Valid licensure.
