Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Summary

We are seeking several compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide ABA therapy services to clients across multiple locations. RBTs work under the supervision of a BCBA and play a critical role in helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills. At Chroma Early Start, we bring clinical excellence into the heart of early learning. • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA
• Provide direct therapy services in schools or clinic
• Teach communication, social, self-help, play, and academic skills
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies
• Collect accurate and timely data on client progress and behavior
• Maintain detailed session notes and documentation
• Follow ethical and professional standards outlined by the BACB
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
• Participate in training, supervision meetings, and ongoing professional development
• Ensure client safety and dignity at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
• Completion of RBT competency assessment
• Ability to pass background checks and required clearances
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation

• Ability to follow treatment protocols accurately
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and engage actively with clients

Our Company is based out of Alpharetta, GA operating 18 Childcare Centers around Metro Atlanta
