Join our team as a Substance Abuse / Mental Health Primary Therapist in an outpatient setting.

- Deliver individual and group therapy
- Develop customized treatment plans
- Monitor documentation
- Collaborate with clients and referral sources to support recovery
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Eligibility for licensure (LCSW, LPC, MFT)
- At least two years of clean time if in recovery
- Preferred: post-licensure experience, strong communication skills, and computer proficiency
- Flexible schedule
- Paid time off
- Full-time, day-shift role with on-call responsibilities
