• Provide coordinated patient care to individuals with mental health, psychiatric and addictive disease diagnoses.
• Assist patients through the continuum of care using knowledge of behavioral health issues.

• Individuals with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work or other related field of study.
• Previous experience providing care in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric or addictive disease setting.
• Interest in psychiatric, mental health and/or behavioral health.
• Passion for providing patient care in a team environment.
