What you’ll do:

As a Community Health Program Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone supporting CHW teams. You’ll coordinate program activities, manage data collection and analysis, and ensure smooth program operations across multiple sites.

• Support 1‑2 Program Managers overseeing CHW teams serving hundreds of patients
• Schedule training sessions, team meetings, and community events
• Maintain program documentation, client records, and compliance requirements
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to measure outcomes and improve program quality
• Engage with community members, colleagues, and partners, including those who may be upset
• Will be responsible for enrollment of patients into the program

• 3–5 years in program coordination, research administration, or equivalent experience
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proven experience with data collection, analysis, and protocol implementation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid driver's license, must own a and have car insurance
• Ability to travel to multiple locations across the Atlanta area
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to pass background check and pre‑employment screening

Job Type: Full‑time

Schedule:

Monday–Friday with occasional evening or weekend events
