Program Services Clinical Coordinator

    9 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday

  • Rate of Pay: $34,000/yr
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development, review, and implementation of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments for individuals served.
  • Oversee all services provided to individuals and families, monitor quality of care, ensure compliance with contractual terms, and monitor regulatory program compliance.
  • Assist in developing quality services and engaging activities that meet individual needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with families and external case managers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • One year of work-related experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, at‑risk youth, etc. preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
  • Required licensure and training as per state regulations (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Behavioral Intervention Techniques).
  • QMRP/QIDDP as required by state.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
