Atlanta Women’s Healthcare Specialists is seeking a Central and Ancillary Site Manager to lead operations and support the launch of our new satellite location. This role provides day‑to‑day oversight of an OB‑GYN healthcare facility and plays a key role in supporting site launch, efficient operations, exceptional patient service, and strong staff performance.

The Central and Ancillary Site Manager will work closely with the Executive Director and Practice Administrators to support site development, implement best practices, and lead centralized and ancillary staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, self‑directed, and brings strong leadership and people‑management skills to a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Requirements Essential Functions
  • Oversee daily centralized front desk and ancillary site operations across satellite locations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and drive workflow and process improvements.
  • Recruit, train, onboard, and manage front desk, administrative, and ancillary staff performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for front desk and ancillary operational and patient concerns.
  • Coordinate physician credentialing processes to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Manage site inventory, supplies, and non‑clinical operational areas, including staff breakrooms.
  • Act as facilities liaison for maintenance, infrastructure needs, and regulatory compliance of procedure rooms.
  • Support centralized marketing initiatives, including website maintenance, in collaboration with leadership.
  • Collaborate with managers and leadership to support departmental and organizational goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare front desk operations, SOP development, and process improvement.
  • Experience with staff leadership, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Understanding of medical office functions, patient service standards, and issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with physician credentialing, inventory management, and facilities coordination.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively across teams.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • 1–2 years of leadership or management experience required (more preferred).
  • 3–5 years of medical office experience required; OB/GYN experience preferred.
  • Prior experience managing staff and customer service operations required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and work on a computer.
  • Occasional bending and lift; must be able to lift to 25 pounds.
