• Direct and manage the day-to‑day clinical operations of the rehab department.
• Provide clinical leadership within the rehab team.
• Coordinate all rehab disciplines (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech‑Language Pathology).
• Maintain effective communications with Facility/Center staff, patients, families, and management.
• Monitor, enhance and expand the rehabilitation programs within the Health Care Center.

• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school; if foreign‑trained, must meet the same qualifications as U.S. educational program requirements.
