Healthcare Compliance Analyst – Piedmont, Atlantic Station (On‑site)

Under the supervision of the Director, Corporate Compliance, the Compliance Analyst works closely with department leadership on processes and systems to investigate, monitor, track, and report allegations of non‑compliance; support compliance awareness and training; assist with onboarding of new facilities; and promote a culture of compliance across the organization.

• Minimum
  
  Education Required:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum Experience
  
  Required:
  
  Two (2) years of experience in a compliance role or a comparable role in a healthcare organization (e.g., care management, accreditation, quality or risk management)
• Minimum Licensure / Certification
  
  Required:
  
  Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven experience in conducting healthcare investigations; ability to write precise and meaningful reports of findings and recommendations; strong multi‑tasking, flexibility, and independent work capability; excellent organization and project management skills; detail‑oriented with strong critical thinking; strong work ethic and adaptability
