TRCs Client, A growing healthcare services organization has a fully remote opportunity for an Epic Reporting Analyst with strong experience supporting Epic Ambulatory and rehab / outpatient therapy workflows.
This role partners closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to design, build, and optimize Epic reports and dashboards that support decision-making across outpatient care settings.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex clinical and operational questions into clear, actionable reporting.

What Youll Do
Design, build, and maintain Epic reports and dashboards to support ambulatory and rehab operations
Partner with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into reporting solutions
Develop and enhance reporting using:
o Reporting Workbench
o Radar dashboards
o Clarity and/or Caboodle (as needed)
Validate data accuracy and ensure reports align with clinical workflows and business definitions
Support reporting enhancements, optimization efforts, and ad-hoc analysis requests
Serve as a subject-matter expert for Epic Ambulatory reporting and outpatient therapy data

What Were Looking For
Hands-on experience with Epic report writing
Strong knowledge of Epic Ambulatory
Experience supporting rehab / outpatient therapy environments (PT, OT, or similar)
Proficiency with Reporting Workbench and Radar
Experience working with clinical stakeholders and operational leaders
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

SQL or healthcare analytics experience
Background supporting multi-site ambulatory clinics
