Requirements
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- ACLS, BLS certifications required
- Georgia or Compact nursing license required
- Charting system:
Epic (required)
- Core clinical/technical skills in CVOR/Cardiac, Mechanical circulatory support, Vascular, and Thoracic procedures

Roles & Responsibilities
- Scrub and assist for cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular cases
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage patient care effectively during procedures, maintaining a 1:1 patient ratio
- Adhere to established protocols and standards for surgical care

Compliance / Notes
- Full compliance required to start on time; delays may push start by 2 weeks
- Compliance document deadline:
Tuesday prior to start
- Two supervisory references preferred at submission
- Required pre-application fee applies to CVOR First Assistant, OR Tech First Assistant, and RNFA candidates
