Plutonic is building the future of mental healthcare.

We are a rapidly growing teletherapy and wellness platform serving adolescents and young adults through licensed clinicians and AI-powered support tools. Our mission is simple but urgent: create safe, accessible spaces where the next generation can feel better and get better.

We are seeking a Director of Operations to help scale Plutonic from early traction to national expansion. We are past idea stage. We are in scale mode.

The role will be the operational architect of Plutonic’s next chapter.

You will work directly with the Founder & CEO to drive execution across:

• Multi-state clinical operations
• Revenue cycle management & credentialing
• Insurance payer relationships
• Therapist hiring, onboarding & performance
• KPI tracking (CAC, Churn, LTV, margin, utilization)
• Compliance (HIPAA, payer contracts, licensing)
• Process automation & systems buildout
• Navigate AI companion application from beta to multi-state launch

This role requires both startup scrappiness and operational rigor.

• 4+ years in healthcare operations, digital health, or behavioral health
• Scaled a services-based healthcare organization
• Managed multi-state clinical or provider networks
• Built operational dashboards & KPI infrastructure
• Led teams across billing, credentialing, HR, and compliance
• Experience with insurance-based reimbursement models
