- Experience in scrub roles for cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgeries
- Familiarity with advanced procedures like CABG, IABP, and LVAD

Description:

Unit details include weekend rotation discussed during the interview.
Call is required on a variable schedule, typically one weekday and one weekend every 5-6 weeks.
Floating within the facility and scope of practice may be required.
Candidates will undergo a clinical screen to determine fit and alignment with guidelines.
Maximum request time off is 7 days.
Candidates are expected to work if one major holiday falls within their assignment period.
If two major holidays occur, the candidate is expected to work both.
If three major holidays occur, the candidate is expected to work two of the holidays.
Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day.
Full compliance is required to start on time.
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.
Pre-application fees may apply for specific roles.
Candidates must be available to complete core items and schedule any required labs promptly after signing the contract.
References from supervisory roles are highly preferred.
RTO requests are subject to guidelines regarding holiday coverage and call schedules.
Management reserves the right to adjust schedules as necessary to meet unit needs.
Modules will be completed during orientation and vary by specialty.
Modules are recorded via transcripts.
