We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to join our organization as a Clinical Services Specialist (CSS) — a high-impact, travel-based leadership role supporting communities across multiple states.

This is not a routine nursing position. It is a mission-driven leadership role for a nurse who thrives in dynamic environments, leads confidently through change, and is passionate about strengthening clinical teams and improving resident outcomes.

The Clinical Services Specialist serves as an Interim Director of Health & Wellness / Clinical Leader during leadership transitions — stabilizing operations, mentoring teams, ensuring regulatory readiness, and reinforcing strong clinical practices. Beyond vacancy coverage, this leader plays a key role in enterprise clinical initiatives, onboarding new clinical leaders, quality improvement, and regulatory preparedness across the Greenbrier portfolio.

This is a travel-intensive “road warrior” position requiring flexibility, independence, and readiness to deploy quickly — often stepping into communities during critical moments where leadership matters most.

You will be the steady clinical leader when teams need it most — bringing structure, confidence, and clinical excellence during times of transition. Your leadership directly impacts resident safety, team stability, and community success.

• Partner in enterprise clinical initiatives and quality improvement
• Mentor and support new clinical leaders across communities
• Direct reporting to Vice President of Clinical Services

• Experienced RN leader (Director of Nursing, Health & Wellness, or similar)
• Strong in clinical operations, assessments, staffing, and regulatory compliance
• Confident leading teams through transition, challenge, and change
• Adaptable, independent, and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable with frequent travel and extended assignments
• Passionate about resident-centered care and supporting frontline teams
• Calm, decisive, and respected clinical presence
