Required Qualifications Master's degree in behavioral health (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or an Associate's degree for RN applicants Active Arizona LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or RN compact license with a behavioral health focus Minimum of 1 year of behavioral health utilization management experience Experience in clinical assessments with adult and/or child/adolescent populations Familiarity with medical necessity criteria such as Inter Qual, MCG, ASAM, or LOCUS
