🌟 Now Hiring: 3 Independent RBT Contractors Atlanta & Fayetteville, GA | 25–30 Hours Weekly | Immediate Start

Sunshine Behavioral Services is seeking three reliable, compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) contractors to support approved clients ready to begin services within 1–2 weeks.

📍 Openings:
  • Two (2) RBTs – Atlanta Metro Area
  • One (1) RBT – Fayetteville, GA

Morning and daytime hours may be available, including potential school-based opportunities.

About the Role

This is an on-site, 1099 independent contractor opportunity. RBTs provide direct 1:1 ABA services while collaborating with a supervising BCBA to ensure treatment integrity and client progress.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using ABA principles
  • Provide 1:1 in-home and/or school-based therapy
  • Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation
  • Collaborate with supervising BCBA in accordance with certification requirements
  • Communicate effectively with families and caregivers
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with children (ABA, education, childcare, or related field)
  • Reliable transportation within assigned service area
  • Ability to pass background screening requirements

    Strong professionalism, punctuality, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in home and/or school-based settings
  • Maintain active RBT credential in good standing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Experience working with school-age children
  • Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, psychology, education, or related field
  • Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Compensation & Incentives
  • âś” $30/hour contract rate
