7am - 7:30pm / Full Time / 36 Hours

Salary range - $16.10-$20.53

We’re seeking a Cardiac Monitor Tech for Emory University Hospital
, responsible for being a capable technician who cares about the quality of their work and ensuring the safety for all patients.

• Observe, interpret, and record telemetry recordings for monitored patients. May monitor alarms where applicable.
• Deliver and apply telemetry boxes to patients.
• Ensure correct patient is being monitored.
• Report significant observations of cardiac rhythms and other alarm information to the health care team.
• Communicate pertinent information to patients as necessary.
• Produce accurate and complete documentation. Comply with handoff communication process.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified rhythm analyst technician (CRAT) preferred.
• Successful completion of an approved arrhythmia course preferred or successfully passing an arrhythmia exam on hire.
