Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in our Georgia location to provide consultation in daycare and preschool settings. As a BCBA, you will oversee clinical services, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide mentorship to our team of behavior therapists. This role requires a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of ABA practice.
Responsibilities- Partner directly with teachers in the classroom, daycare and preschool environments
- Conduct initial assessments and create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Oversee the implementation of ABA programs, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to a team of behavior therapists, including conducting performance evaluations and offering professional development opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze data to track client progress and make data-driven decisions for program modifications.
- Collaborate with families to provide training, support, and education on ABA strategies and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all ethical guidelines and standards of practice set forth by the BACB.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a BCBA.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for working with children and their families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
