JL Partners is seeking a Project Executive Healthcare to lead and grow its healthcare construction portfolio in the Atlanta market. This is a senior leadership role for a builder who can operate at a strategic level, driving client relationships, operational excellence, team development, and market expansion across complex healthcare projects.
What You’ll Do:- Drive business development and client partnerships
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing project teams
- Oversee operations, financial performance, and delivery excellence
- Act as a market leader for healthcare construction in Atlanta
- $250K–$300K base + bonus
