Description:
We are seeking a Medical Technologist with extensive experience in blood bank operations.
The ideal candidate must have recent, hands-on experience in a busy laboratory setting.
Experience with Sysmex and Cella Vision systems is required.
Candidates should be familiar with handling complex samples, including turbid specimens and abnormal cell findings.
Performance of accurate differentials is critical, especially with large neonatal units served by the facility.
Candidates should be ready to transition quickly into a high-paced environment.
Those lacking experience in these areas may require extensive training, leading to delays in their readiness for the role.
