Job SummaryWe are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech therapy services across inpatient and outpatient settings within Grady Health System
, including Crestview. The SLP practices within the scope of the Georgia State Speech Language Pathology and Audiology Licensing Act and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment interventions. This role supports patients across the full continuum of care—from neonates to geriatric populations—with the goal of maximizing functional outcomes and quality of life. - Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans
- Provide services to both inpatient and outpatient populations
- Treat patients across all age groups (neonate through geriatrics)
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge planning in accordance with regulatory standards
- Maintain compliance with Georgia licensure requirements and organizational policies
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Licensed or eligible for Speech-Language Pathology licensure in the State of Georgia (must obtain Georgia license by employment start date)
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least one (1) year of experience in a teaching hospital or academic medical center
- Exposure to diverse and complex patient populations
