Phlebotomist III
- Floater

Job Location:

Atlanta, GA- 30342 Job Duration: 6+ months of Contract + Extension/temp to hire Shift: Mon-Fri (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) EST Hourly Pay Rate+ Mileage Reimbursement

Experience Required
  • Minimum 3 years of recent professional phlebotomy experience.
  • Strong experience with venipuncture on adult, and geriatric patients, pediatric (preferred)
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform blood draws safely and accurately.
  • Label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
  • Verify patient information and ensure specimen labels are correct before sending to the lab.
  • Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collections when required.
  • Follow HIPAA, safety, and quality standards at all times.
  • Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures and making patients feel comfortable.
  • Help maintain smooth daily operations at assigned locations.
Floater Responsibilities
  • This is a floating position, meaning you'll travel to different work locations based on business needs.
  • You may work at:
    Patient Service Centers (PSC)/Physician Offices (IOP), Hospital, Clinic, Doctor's Office.
  • Schedule and work location may change with minimal notice, so flexibility is important.
  • Mileage reimbursement is provided for eligible work-related travel.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable personal vehicle/transportation.
  • Clean driving record (if applicable).
  • Comfortable traveling between multiple locations.
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and customer service skills.
