Join a dynamic, upscale corporate dining team as a Catering Manager overseeing an operation serving professional clients and high-profile events. This role is ideal for a polished, service-focused leader with a background in hotel catering or business & industry food service

You’ll lead a talented Catering Captain, collaborate with an accommodating GM, and manage all aspects of internal and external catering services — from breakfasts and luncheons to executive meetings and special evening events
.
Location: Atlanta, GA
Compensation: Up to $80K + Benefits
Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday with 1–2 evening events weekly (rarely past 7 PM)
What You’ll Do- Oversee daily catering operations and execute flawless, high-end events.
- Train and develop staff in service standards, presentation, and customer care.
- Partner with the Chef on menu planning and event customization.
- Monitor budgets, food and labor costs to meet financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on excellence.
- 3–5 years of catering management experience in hotels or upscale corporate dining (restaurant-only backgrounds not ideal).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver premium service with a high level of professionalism.
- Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
