As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering first‑class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The Valet Attendant assists arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles in a timely manner, and extending the initial friendly welcome to hotel guests.
Responsibilities- Work outside in all weather conditions; lift up to 50 lbs for suitcases.
- Run, stand for long periods, and go up and down stairs within parking garages.
- Be personable and comfortable talking with guests during the valet check‑in process.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Handle cash tips and maintain cash register accuracy.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

Schedule FlexibilityWe hire valets to start part‑time, with the opportunity to grow into full‑time supervisory roles. You will need to be available to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a Valet parking attendant is preferred.
- Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, verbally and written.
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and 3 years of driving experience.
- Ability to complete and pass pre‑employment background, drug, and MVR screening.
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation; standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, and crouching; stand for long periods and occasionally run; run up/down multiple levels of stairs; work outdoors in all weather conditions.
