Job DescriptionEnsure the highest level of Food and Beverage service in all Beverage outlets, maintaining maximum guest satisfaction in a consistent and controlled atmosphere that provides Food and Beverage products.
Responsibilities- Manage associates in Top Draft restaurant.
- Be well‑versed in all activities of outlets and the hotel and communicate to staff.
- Maintain a clean physical appearance ensuring the bar is set to specification at all times to hotel and health standards.
- Maintain and control environment in a comfortable atmosphere adhering to environmental checklist.
- Assist in all Liquor Controls maintaining quality of product.
- Improve Lounge profit and budget by implementing promotions, table tents, special events, etc.
- Thorough knowledge of cashiering responsibilities.
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
- Proven effective leader with ability to delegate.
- Able to train, develop and lead a team to success.
- Computer literate and detail oriented; basic mathematical skills and ability to create and understand financial reports.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills.
- Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
- Must have a minimum of 2‑3 years of Food and Beverage Management experience.
- Must be Tips Certified.
- Must be Serv Safe Manager Certified.
