Clean, sanitize, and store all kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.;
Operate dishwashing machines, pot-washing stations, and maintain cleaning chemicals safely and properly.;
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in all kitchens, stewarding, and back-of-house areas.;
Ensure compliance with all Four Seasons standards and local health department regulations.;
Handle recycling, waste, and breakage control according to company policies.
