Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area requires a talented Reservations Manager to oversee the reservations operations. The Reservations Manager will manage bookings, coordinate with departments to optimize room availability, handle guest inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include supervising reservations staff, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring accuracy in bookings and records.
Qualifications- Experience with Reservations and knowledge of booking systems
- Strong Customer Service abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to drive room occupancy
- Ability to provide Training and leadership to a team
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage and optimize workflows
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage
