** Job Summary*
* The
** Director of Premium
** leads all Suites and Club operations, driving exceptional guest experiences, strong partner relationships, and optimal financial performance. This role combines strategic leadership, operational oversight, team development, and financial accountability to ensure premium spaces consistently deliver best-in-class service aligned with Levy's Core Signature standards.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Direct and manage all premium level operations.
+ Collaborate with location leadership to enhance guest satisfaction and financial performance.
+ Foster team engagement within the premium department.
+ Lead season planning and event preparation to ensure full operational readiness.
+ Cultivate strong relationships with suite holders and returning guests.
+ Partner with the culinary team to design and execute menus across premium spaces.
+ Implement and maintain consistent use of the Suites Management System.
+ Ensure promotional materials and premium communications are readily available.
+ Work with location partners to execute the vision and operational plans for sponsored premium spaces.
+ Oversee loss prevention efforts, including cash variance reporting and nightly GOS procedures.
+ Maintain compliance with Levy Core Signature standards across all premium operations.
+ Coordinate annual suite holder tastings alongside the culinary team.
+ Participate in BEO meetings to prepare for upcoming events.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely requisitions.
+ Review consumption data with culinary and purchasing teams to adjust par levels as needed.
+ Ensure adherence to all Payment Card Information (PCI) regulations.
+ Prepare monthly financial reports and implement action plans as required.
+ Oversee routine maintenance, cleanliness, and inspections of premium areas and equipment.
+ Ensure proper alcohol service signage is displayed and RSA protocols are upheld.
+ Monitor and document alcohol-related incidents to identify trends.
+ Maintain high service standards during events to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
+ Oversee accurate month-end inventory processes.
+ Manage team member incidents and accidents in compliance with reporting procedures.
+ Conduct monthly safety training for team members.
+ Managing team member scheduling in line with demand forecasts.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned and provide support to other locations as needed.
** Qualifications*
* + 5+ years of progressive food & beverage operations leadership experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
+ Strong financial acumen and high computer literacy
+ Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
+ Passion for hospitality, culinary excellence, and guest experience
+ Must be able to work evenings and weekends as buisness dictates.
