Position: Guest Service Agent - Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead
Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead is searching for a full time Guest Service Agent to join their team

This beautiful property has 326 suites and is in the Buckhead fashion district between Lenox Mall, Phipps Plaza, and The Shoppes at Buckhead   just blocks from a MARTA rail station

The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate a strong passion for hospitality others, will have previous hotel front desk experience, Hilton experience is highly preferred and someone who has open availability

Shift Pattern:
Full open availability is required including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Pay Rate: $15 75 per hour

** What will I be doing?*
* + Assist Guest Service Agents and Front Office leadership with the checking in and checking out of guests
+ Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
+ Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations
+ Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions
+ Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
+ Provide or obtain accurate information
